CLASSES AND OUR 
MISSION STATEMENT

A TYPICAL LESSON WILL ALWAYS BEGIN WITH 10 MINS OF WARMING UP VIA JOGGING, SIDE TO SIDE SKIPS AND SPRINTS. THIS IS THEN FOLLOWED BY 15 MINS OF THOROUGH STRETCHING OF ALL IMPORTANT MUSCLES IN THE BODY. AT THIS POINT, ALL STUDENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO BE MINDFUL AS THEY STRETCH AND FOCUS ON THE RHYTHM OF THEIR BREATHING. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THEY ARE IN SYNC AND AT ONE WITH THEIR MOVEMENTS AND THEIR PACE OF BREATHING.

WITH TRADITIONAL WTF TAEKWONDO FOR KIDS AS THE SYLLABUS, THE MAIN PART OF THE LESSON COVERS STANCES, PUNCHING TECHNIQUES, KICKING TECHNIQUES (TURNING, FRONT, BACK, SIDE, SPINNING HOOK, FRONT HOOK, 360 KICKS), PAD WORK, PATTERNS AND SPARRING.

NO 2 LESSONS ARE THE SAME AT FLY HIGH, AS WE AIM TO MAKE ALL OUR CLASSES SUPER FUN, INTERACTIVE AND THOUGHT PROVOKING. OUR ENVIRONMENT IS FRIENDLY, OPEN AND RESPECTFUL TO ALL.

CLASSES ARE SPLIT INTO SPECIFIC AGE GROUPS. NO MATTER
WHAT AGE YOUR CHILD IS, WHETHER THEY ARE COMPLETE
BEGINNERS OR EXPERTS, THERE IS CLASS SUITABLE JUST FOR THEM.
